A "Human Trafficking Claim" pertains to the allegation or assertion that individuals have been recruited, transported, harbored, or received, often through force, coercion, or deception, for the purpose of exploitation. Such claims challenge violations of human rights and can encompass various forms of exploitation including, but not limited to, forced labor, sexual exploitation, and organ trafficking.
