Definition
The Defense Acquisition Regulatory Council (DARC) is a group overseen by the United States Department of Defense (DoD). DARC is in charge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) on a joint basis with the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council (CAAC).
