Action alleging violation of the federal Truth in Lending Act arising from consumer loan transactions involving personal property including automobile loans and revolving credit accounts. Actions relating to fraud or misrepresentation in the transfer of real property should be classified under nature of suit 290, “All Other Real Property,” or, if foreclosure is involved, under nature of suit 220, “Foreclosure.”
